Participated as a dancer, choreographer and instructor from 1974 -1978.
- Performed with and choreographed for the University of Waterloo's Repertory Company, 1976 to 1978.
- Employed as a company dancer with Mountain Dance Theatre for 4 years from 1978 to 1982.
- Performed at the Firehall Theatre in Vancouver, B.C. with independent choreographer Barbara Bourget, Dec. 2 and 3, 1982.
- Employed as a company dancer with the Karen Jamieson Rimmer Dance Company, from 1982 to 1984. Also appeared in Karen Rimmer's Solo Concert in April 1983.
- Performed and choreographed "Clown" as contribution to Vancouver Dance Week November 1984.
- Performed and choreographed with Gyrus Dance Theatre in 1985. Co-directed Gyrus Dance Theatre from 1986 - 1987.
- Produced, choreographed and performed in "The Burning Bush in My Backyard" Nov. 9 and 10, 1998 at Studio 16 in Vancouver, B.C. A performance which included a live band, singing and dance. Performed and sang original material.
- Presently co-writing and co-producing with Lia Pas "The Descent of Inanna" a performance piece incorporating music, song, voice, poetry, movement and ritual.
